           Autorii sunt de acord ca revista Danubius să aibă dreptul de primă publicare a articolului trimis. Autorii au dreptul să publice articolul pe site-ul lor personal sau pe alte website-uri, făcând referire la prima publicare. Alţi utilizatori au dreptul să descarce şi să folosească articolul doar în cazul în care fac trimitere la autor şi la revista în care materialul a fost publicat pentru prima dată.

           Copii ale articolului publicat în revistă pot fi utilizate numai în scopuri academice, nu şi în scopuri comerciale.

          În ceea ce priveşte licenţa, revista face referire la CC BY-NC-ND.

           Revista nu percepe taxe de publicare.		            Authors agree that the journal Danubius has the right of first publication of the submitted article. Authors have the right to share the published article on their personal website or on other websites, using the acknowledgement of the first publication. Others have the right to download the article only if they make reference to the author and to the journal in which the article was published for the first time.

           Copies of the article published in the journal can only be used for academic purposes and not for commercial ones.

           The journal uses CC BY-NC-ND license.

           The journal does not charge publication fees.
